✨ Sound Bath Meditation Info ✨ Relax, release, and restore as you lie down or sit with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and more. No experience needed—just come as you are and enjoy a calming journey into sound and stillness.Benefits: Reduce stress, improve sleep, and rebalance your energy.
✨What to expect✨ Each session begins with a brief introduction to sound, energy, and the healing qualities of crystal bowls. You’ll then be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath. Attendees are typically lying down. If preferred, chair seating is available. We close with gentle integration, sharing, and time for questions to support your experience.
Dress comfortably. **Please bring: A yoga mat and thick padding or cushions, as some facilities have wooden floors* Optional- recommended: Blanket(s), pillow, eye covering, a teddy bear :), anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. ALSO water for hydration. Please drink a lot of water for a couple of days following sound baths *Crystal Sound Bath Meditations typically move a lot of energy. Water can assist with moving energy blocks.
