Attendees are typically lying down. If preferred, chair seating is available. We close with gentle integration, sharing, and time for questions to support your experience.
✨How to prepare and what to bring ✨ Dress comfortably. **Please bring: A yoga mat and thick padding or cushions, as some facilities have wooden floors* Optional- recommended: Blanket(s), pillow, eye covering, a teddy bear :), anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported.
