Laura would much rather meditate in nature, play in nature and take photos, hoping that if only for a minute, viewers can tap into the luminous sensuality of our planet, sharing the experience as well.  Other than cropping, most pics are "au naturale" and not photoshopped, allowing Momma nature to run the show.

1st Photo Stop: The island of Kauai, Hawaii

As many Mu do, Laura has a deep, soul connection to this island. Part of her soul lies here in the jungle and part by the sea.

When off island, she misses her Kauai Ohana (family) and da mana (life force) very much.  Lemuria ( Mu) was an ancient civilization very connected to Kauai.

"Malama Aina" -  Protect, love and respect our land

"Malama i ke kai, a malama ke kai ia oe!"
Care for the ocean and the ocean will care for you.

Many people think Aloha just means hello and goodbye, as much of the Hawaiian language, it's much, much  more complex. Simply put, Aloha is many blessings from the heart.

Anahola, Kauai
Laura was driving to the North shore and a very unusual beetle landed on her knee. She pulled on to a side road and helped escort the little guy out. Curious to where the road lead, she followed it,  landing at quiet beach. The locals informed her that she was at Anahola, a very sacred place. When the Dalai Lama came to Kauai, he wanted to visit two places.  One was Anahola (where Laura was) and Polihale on the other side of the island. The Dalai Lama believed that Anahola is where all souls entered the earth and  Polihale (on the other side of the island)  is the place where souls leave".  It seems the beetle lead her there.:)

"The Blood or some called it the Honey Moon"  Friday the 13th,  2014. The next Friday the 13th full moon won't be until  August 2049.

Laura and her horse friend Sophie were all alone. Despite the full moon, it was in the pitch dark and difficult to see anything through the camera lens, even standing on a chair. Laura shot pictures anyway not knowing what to expect.  One thing lead to another, she fell off the chair into the dirt was wondering what Sophie thought of this crazy chick !! It was a pleasant surprise when she saw the pictures of the moon.

Humboldt County, Northern California (almost to the Oregon border),
Fun facts: This area is known for it's cannabis farms. The earthy fragrance permeates the air, even in the stores. :)  Sasquatch has been spotted in he forests here. Laura met a native American Elder who shared his Sasquatch story with  her. This is a less populated region of California where beautiful green forests, large redwood trees and beautiful beaches are abundant.
Moonstone and Trinidad Beaches are pictured. The town of Arcata, (Humboldt State University) has a great and "colorful" farmer's market.

Finding hearts in nature.  Tributes.. ( Still working on this part)
